Terms & Conditions

To book a plot in any Kurinjee Promoters project (including Mullai, Eswara Nagar, and Mettupalayam), customers must complete a booking form and pay the initial booking advance. The plot will be held for a limited period, typically 15 days, within which the remaining down payment must be made to confirm the allotment.

Yes, if a customer cancels a booking after confirmation, a nominal cancellation fee may be deducted from the initial payment depending on the stage of the transaction. The exact percentage will be specified in the booking agreement.

Once a booking is confirmed, customers will receive a booking receipt, layout copy, and guidance on the registration process. The original sale deed, EC, and patta transfer will be completed post full payment as per Tamil Nadu Government norms.

Yes, Kurinjee Promoters offers flexible EMI schemes with and without interest, based on plot value and customer eligibility. Full payment customers get priority registration. EMI terms will be included in the booking agreement and must be followed strictly.
